Delivery

All items in our range are manufactured in the U.K specifically for your order and usually delivery will be approx four weeks to most UK mainland postcode areas, please contact us first if your delivery address is not mainland UK. (prices include delivery to mainland UK).
Making your furniture to order enables us to keep our prices lower.

We normally deliver Monday - Friday and we will always notify you approx 7 days prior to making a delivery,If you are unable to take delivery on the date we intend to deliver please notify us as soon as possible so we can re arrange at a more convenient date.

Delivery will normally be to inside entrance on ground floor, however on larger orders we can room place your furniture, please contact us at time of placing your order for costs of this option. 

Damaged Items

All our furniture is delivered by dedicated furniture vehicles and is protected against accidental damage, however please inspect your furniture on delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there is a problem on 01274 869043 or email sales@contractfurnituredirect.co.uk

Missing items

Where we are delivering multiple items please carefully check this against the delivery paperwork and notify us if there are missing items on 01274 869043 or sales@contractfurnituredirect.co.uk within 48 Hours.

Returns Policy.

Our products are manufactured to your specification and as such are normally non returnable, however should you wish to return an item should it be unsuitable we will look at each case on merit. we reserve the right to charge a re stocking / handling charge if goods are returned.

Order cancellations.

Please take time to review your order in our confirmation email, this is important.  If you order an item by mistake and need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 01274 869043 or email sales@contractfurnituredirect.co.uk. providing we have not incurred any cost in building your furniture we will credit you in full.
